She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Guild Cook and Pauline Cook (Clinton); and her brother Paul Cook. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carline Cook of Dallas, Oregon.; and her nieces and nephews, Carla Hopkins-Salem of Oregon, Teresa Cook of Ft. Thomas, Darren Cook of Salem, Mike Cook of Silverton, Sara Perez of Dallas and Debbie Anderson of Ava.
