Velvalee was predeceased by: parents, James Noah Crossno and Myrtle Marie Crossno (Underwood); son Bruce Allen Wilkins; and siblings, Jesse, Vern, Ollie Ozbun, Olen, James Crossno, Lorene Craft and Lona Chamberlin.
Velvalee is survived by: spouse Ira Wilkins; children, Charles Wayne Wilkins (Jan) of North Richfield, Ohio., Brenda Joyce Johnston (Rob) of Avon Lake, Linda Joy Small (Joe) of Englewood and Glenda Keen Holmes of Senath; grandchild Eighteen; and sister Mary Lawson (Jim) of Poplar Bluff. Velvalee is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
