He is survived by: his wife Margarett Faye Davis of Kennett, Missouri.; his children, Jeffery Davis (Camille) of Kennett, Missouri. and Pennie Duncan (Richard) of Kennett, Missouri.; his siblings, Roger Dale Davis of Cardwell, Missouri. and Regina Pate of Holcomb, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Easley and Christopher Duncan. He is also survived by Five great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
