He is survived by: his parent Helen Weathford Winkle; his wife Jama Tanner Winkle of Kennett; and his siblings, Junior Winkle, James Winkle, Joyce Maxwell, Shirley Slatton and Betty Howard. He is also survived by son Three children, seven grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
