He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy William Broadway and Gyneth Berry Broadway; and his siblings, Nina Smith, Pauline Billie and W. C. Broadway.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Broadway of Kennett, Missouri; his daughters, Terri Reed (Lee) of Kennett and Jill Sankovitch (John) of Wildwood, Missouri; his grandchildren, Khara Surtin (Jarrett) of Chesterfield, Kagan Derby (Austin) of Phoenix, Jason Sankovitch (Jodi) of O'Fallon, Missouri, Josh Sankovitch of Baltimore, Maryland, Rachel Sawyers (Chuck) of Piggott and Judd Reed (Amy) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his brothers, Doug Broadway (Linde) of Anchorage and Bill Broadway of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
