Nelly Sturgeon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelly Sturgeon of Kennett, Missouri, born in Senath, Missouri, who passed away on October 5, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Hastings and Beatrice Hays Hastings; her husband Charles Sturgeon; her son Michael Don Pelts; and her siblings, Harold, O'Farrell Hastings, Melba Phifer, Marzell Hastings and Rosella Hastings.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen Young (Robert) of Kennett, Missouri; and her stepdaughter Lisa Worden (Homer) of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
