She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew "Slim" McFall and Frances McFall (Goodrich); her husband James Thomas Smotherman; and her sisters, Glennon Swindle, Doe Floyd, Dorothy Palmer, Emma Lou Swindle, Faye Swindle and Sue Small.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Smotherman (Thresa) of Kennett and Faron Smotherman (Gayla) of Kennett; and her pets, Toby and Molly. She is also survived by Three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
