He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Foulks and Evalena Foulks; his stepfather Jerry Nash; and his brother Dwight Foulks. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Foulks; his daughters, Misty Northcott (Bryan) and Tasha Poole Wyrick; his siblings, Edd Foulks (Linda), Chris Foulks (Mindy), Dennis Foulks (Angie), Debbie Phillips, Dena Whitledge and Kim Foulks; and his grandchildren, Madison, Brayden Northcott, Ryder Poole, Bryson and Emilia Wyrick.
