He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Cunningham and Odessa Love Cunningham; and his brother Donald Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Donna Bell (David), Michael Cotton of Jackson and David Walters of Kennett, Missouri; and his siblings, Willie Cunningham of Topeka, Gerald Cunningham (Karen) of Charlotte, Joseph Cunningham of West Memphis, Arkansas and Eria Grays (Mon) of Kennett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
