The memory of Jonathan Cook of Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Jonathan may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jonathan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Allen Cook and Betty Archer (Traylor); and his brother Mason Jr. Cook. He is survived by: his children, David Cook of Kennett, Chad Cook of Fisk and Whitney Martine of Niederwald; and his sister Judy Williams of Gobler. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McDaniel Funeral Home (115 South Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
