He is survived by: his children, Nathan O'Neal Rooney (Janet) of Lake City, Arkansas. and Tammy Henderson (Jason) of Kennett, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Lauren Henderson and Justin Henderson (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Elliott Henderson and Theodore Henderson; and his siblings, Tommy Rooney of Piggott, Arkansas., Bertha Blanchard of St. Louis, Debra Allen (Royce) of Kennett, Shirley Alley (Troy) of Caruth and Many of Missouri. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
