He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Donnelly and Lucille Exnicios Donnelly of St. Louis, Missouri.; his wife Carolyn "Sue" Donnelly; his siblings, Edward Donnelly and Lucille Begley; his brothers-in-law, Harold Perkins and Jarrell Perkins; and his parents-in-law, Marion "Pete" Borders and Cora Evelyn Borders.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Donnelly (Angie) of St. Louis, Becky Donnelly of Phoenix, Terry Don Weaver (Becky) of Holcomb, Donna Padrones (Audie) of Wasilla and Debra Weaver of Kennett, Missouri.; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Perkins of Kennett, Brenda McIntosh (Andy) of Marble Hill, Mary Perkins (Ronald) of Linden and Cheryl Perkins of Fenton. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ely Baptist Church (1607 Ely St, Kennett, MO 63857). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Dunklin Memorial Gardens (1724 Southwest Dr, Kennett, MO 63857).
