He was predeceased by: his wife Signa Kirk; his daughter Heather Kirk Martin; his parents, David Kirk and Annabell Kirk (Tuck); and his siblings, Frank Kirk and Joann Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Lesley Kirk of Kennett and Micah Kirk (Sherry) of Doniphan, Missouri; his grandchildren, Meagan Kirk of Kennett, Josha Young of Memphis, Chase Martin of Bono, Madison Kirk of Doniphan, Missouri and Heather Kirk of Doniphan, Missouri; his sister-in-law Dolly Stanberry of Kennett, Missouri; and his nephew David Kirk of Gibson, Missouri. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
