He is survived by: his wife Melba Akers of Kennett, Missouri.; his daughter Laraine Charles (Kevin) of Kennett, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Jarred Wilkerson (Brandy), Audra Null (Bobby) and Morgan Storz; and his great grandchildren, Lilyan, Brayden Cantrell, Adrianna, Alexander, Reiah, Cortessa Wilkerson and Brock Null.
