She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Davison and Clifford Hill; her husband Bobby Jack Brooks; and her siblings, Bobby Wayne Hill, Claudie Hill and Lola Roberta Mitchell.
She is survived by: her daughter Veronica Redean Jamerson (Tim); her grandchildren, Aaron Jamerson (Jessica) and Emily Vinson (Lance); her great grandchildren, Halle and Jack Jamerson; and her sisters, Sylvia Dingmon and Linda Bateman.
