He was predeceased by: his sister Norma J. "Ginger" Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Binkley and Lettie Binkley (Cothren) of St. Louis; his children, Mark Strange and Jeanie Strange of Colorado; his sister Regenia Brown of St. Louis; and his fiancée Elaine Harris of Holcomb. He is also survived by Many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
