She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Rouse and Cora Lee Rouse (Pruett); her husband Tommy Kelsey Miller; her children, Tommy Gene Miller, Terry Joe Miller and Delola Sue Campbell; her grandson Joseph Campbell; and her siblings, Jessie, Stanley, Donald, Tom, Ed, Paul, Jimmy Rouse, Patsy Rouse, Barbara Roland, Donna Verble, Beulah Ragsdale and Verna Jean Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Kelsey David Miller, Larry DeWayne Miller, Nick Alan Miller, Arletta Kay Roberts and Mary Elaine Smith. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
