He is survived by: his wife Vicki Campbell of Kennett, Missouri; his children, Doug Campbell (Paula) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Debbie Howard (Tim); and his siblings, Frankie Campbell of Kennett and Helen Allen of Kennett, Missouri. He is also survived by Other relatives and friends.
