We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2023, at the age of 91, Garnetta Starnes of Kennett, Missouri, born in Rector, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Fisk and Hettie Elizabeth Beaton Fisk; her husband Robert Starnes; her siblings, JD Fisk, Gerald Fisk, Dan Fisk, Harold Fisk and Vallie Jo Fisk; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Fisk, Lillian Fisk and Catherine Fisk.
She is survived by: her sons, Perry Starnes (Sherry) of Kennett and Paul Starnes of Kennett; her grandson Zack Starnes (Kelsie) of Springfield; and her brother Desmond Fisk of Sikeston.
