Flossie Sikes, 65, of Kennett, Missouri passed away on July 18, 2024 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on March 16, 1959 in Kennett, Missouri to Rolland Yarbrough and Betty Lape. She married Ivy Sikes on October 7, 1977 in Kennett, Missouri.

Survivors include; two sons: Harold Sikes of Kennett, Missouri and Bobby Sikes of Kennett, Missouri; one daughter: Betty Stevenson (Richard) of Kennett, Missouri; boyfriend: Keith Stevenson of Kennett, Missouri; two brothers: Jimmy Booker (Barbara) of Kennett, Missouri and Clyde Lape of Kennett, Missouri; two granddaughters: Nancy Stevenson of Kennett, Missouri and Summer Vasquez of Alton, Illinois; four grandsons: Gage Sikes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Camden Sikes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Jarren Bibrey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Aiden Dollins of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; three great granddaughters: Hailey Vinson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Sierra Bilbrey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Sapphirra Dollins of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; one great grandson: Armonie Vazquez; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by; her husband: Ivy Sikes; mother: Betty Lape; father: Rolland Yarbrough; granddaughter: Lillianna Sikes; one brother: Tommy Booker; one sister: Lois Killian; her grandparents: Frank and Ruby Nelson; two aunts; and three uncles.

Pallbearers: Betty Stevenson, Lisa Binkard, Joseph Springer, Joshua Binkard, Grayson Goldsmith, and Jeff Gray.

Honorary Pallbearers: Israel Torres, Francisco Salis, and Chevo Ruiz.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Ely Baptist Church in Kennett, Missouri with Bro. Matthew Kamper officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 12:00 p.m. till service time. Interment will follow at Gregory Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
