He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webster and Ruby Lee Vickery Cleveland. He is survived by: his son Christopher Cleveland of Florida; his grandchildren, Israel Vasquez, Christopher Cleveland, Jasmine Vasquez, Lilly Vasquez, Jordan Cleveland and Amy Cleveland; and his great grandchild Jaxx Vasquez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
