He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Wheeler and Catherine Wheeler (Whitlock); and his sister Blanche Chadwell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Evelyn James of Kennett, Missouri.; his sons, Mark Wheeler (Tena) of Ozark and Greg Wheeler (Christy) of Kennett; and his brothers, David Wheeler (Sandy) of Flint and Phillip Wheeler (Theresa) of Atlanta.
