D."; his wife Cathie Abbott of Kennett, Missouri.; his children, Jason Rhew (Sara) of Kennett, Jeff Rhew (Nikki) of Kennett and Amy Cavness (Brad) of Kennett, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Haley Brooks, Parker Rhew, Nate Rhew, Sophie Cavness, Weston Rhew and Aiden Rhew; his siblings, Mike Rhew (Vicki) of Kennett, Missouri. and Jo Ann Skaggs (Randy) of Jonesboro; his close friends, Alan and Pam Abbott; and his granddaughter Macy Houart.
