He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Dean. He is survived by: his parent Judy Hopper (Barton); his spouse Kimberly Easley; his children, Carlos Hopper, Jr. of Kennett and Carlotta Viola of Coolidge; his grandchildren, Nicholas Viola, Phoenix Viola and Issac Jr.; his sister Rebecca Jones of Charlestown; and also, Issac of Coolidge and Bobby of Charlestown.
