He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hardin Williams and Bertha Williams (Moore); and his wife Barbara Jean Lemonds. He is survived by: his daughter Kenna Skelton (Chris) of Kennett; his grandchildren, Mark Simmons of Atlanta and Kellen Story (Kerre) of Kansas City, Missouri.; his great grandchildren, Van, Jon, Eve and Mae Story; and his nephews, Gaylon Rogers (Charray) of Jonesboro and Tracy Lemonds (Donyta) of Republic.
Carl was preceded in death by his daughter: Maria Simmons, two brothers: Gerald and Odell Williams and sister: Lois Williams Rogers, Memorials may be made to the Holcomb School Barbara Lemonds Alumni Scholarship Fund.
