He is survived by: his wife Daphne Sharree Kelm; his daughter Ashley Payne (James) of Kennett, Missouri; his grandchildren, James Keith Payne of Kennett, Missouri and Sharree Lynne Payne of Kennett, Missouri; his brother-in-law Shane Howe of Hayti, Missouri; and his aunt Betty Fox (David) of Ripon.
