She is survived by: her children, Nikkie Roberts (Jim) of Jonesboro, Ruben Urquidze of Parma and David Urquidze of Campbell; and her siblings, Phillis Summers of Kennett, Belva Jo Frazier of Wappapello, Penny Collins of Campbell and Stephen Summers of Kennett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
