It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessalea McGhee of Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bessalea McGhee to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Reed McGhee; and her stepson Joe David McGhee. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lee McGhee (Kim) of Versailles, MO, William Albert McGhee (Pamela) of Jackson, MO and James Reed McGhee (Debbie) of Kennett; and her brothers, Bill Clingingsmith of Lompoc, CA and John Keith Clingingsmith (Darcia) of Winnipeg, Canada. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date after the Covid pandemic subsides and the weather gets warmer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that everyone wear masks when in public, use hand sanitizer, and practice social distancing.
