He is survived by: his parent Nina Maxine Pender (Martin); his wife Patricia Pender of Kennett; his children, James Pender of Paragould, Arkansas Clifford Pender of Kennett, Missouri Brannon Alexander (Tina) of Kennett, Missouri Josh Chronister (Jessica) of Kennett, Missouri Justin Pender (Cheyenne) of Kennett, Belinda Stark of Searcy, Arkansas Chelsea Pender of Kennett, Missouri Allyson Grisham (Ashley) of Kennett and Missouri Emily Beights of Kennett; and his siblings, Jimmy Pender of Manila, Arkansas Donald Pender of Mark Tree, Arkansas Larry Pender of Kennett, Jo Ann Burns of Jonesboro, Arkansas Mary Ragland of Kennett and Missouri Billie Sharp of Marion. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
