She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Isaac and Jewell Carol Gardner (Clemmons); her husband Richard "Dick" Welty of Brookland; her siblings, Johnny Gardner (Paulette) of Pontiac and Lorine Lawson of North Port; her sister-in-law Marie Elliott Gardner of Pontiac; and her siblings, Claude Gardner, Kenneth Gardner, Clifford Gardner, Harvey Gardner and Ava Nell Gardner. She was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
