He was predeceased by: his father Chuck Miller Sr.; and his sister Susan Ann Miller. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ann Daniels Miller of Kelso; his daughters, Lindsey Cook (Garrett) of Jackson, Sierra Glastetter (Dylan) of Chaffee and Allie Miller of Chaffee; and his brothers, Charlie Miller (Charlene) of Scott City, Jeff Miller (Sherri) of Benton, Eddie Miller (Donna) of Winfield and Tommy Miller (Sonya) of Scott City. He is also survived by three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
