It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Merrill of Kearney, Missouri, born in Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Collett and Robert "Bob" Merrill; and his uncles, Gordon Collett and George Collett. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Chambers (Arnold) of Liberty, MO and Landis Merrill of Columbia, MO; and his brothers, Daniel Reid (Kelly) and Scott Reid.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your local no-kill animal shelter.
