He is survived by: his parents, Timmy Cunningham and Shannon Cunningham; his brother Kamp Sloan Cunningham; his grandparents, Don Cunningham (Brenda), Pat, Phil Robinson, Linda Sloan, Tom and Cindy Sloan; his aunts and uncles, Dusti Cunningham (Sinan), Jimmy, Melinda Cunningham, Brian and Diane Sloan; and his cousins, Hunter Cunningham, Malia Cunningham, Elli Cunningham, Grant Sloan and Vaughn Sloan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kole's surviving sibling higher education fund, in care of Cunningham Family. Donations can be given directly to the family or mailed to the funeral home.
