He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Peggy Snyder (Dave) of Madrid, IA and Laurie Burke of LaPorte City, IA; his stepsons, Greg O'Hair (Melissa) of Westfield, IN and Jeff O'Hair (Laura) of Lake; his brothers, Murray Duysen (Roberta) of Waubun, MN, Carroll Duysen (Beverly) of Emerson, IA and Donny Duysen (Lana) of Glenwood, IA; and his grandchildren, Brianne, Samantha, Joseph, Matthew, Ben, Alexandrea, Taylor, Mitchell, Emily, Ethan, Jacob, Annabelle and Anderson. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
