Devin J. Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devin J. Carter in Kearney, Missouri, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Eric Carter of Wood River and Tara Carter (Case) of East Alton; his sister Savannah Carter of Independence; his nephew Ryder Alumbaugh of Independence; and his grandparents, Kevin, Ellen Case of Godfrey, Willa Case of Alton, James and Patsy Stephens of Bethalto. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
