He is survived by: his wife Leigh Hoy (Shifflett); his children, DeAnna Hoy (Ray Wilkes), Jennifer Van Emmerik (Bryan) and Clint Hoy (Hannah); his brothers, Steve Hoy (Kay), Phil Hoy and Scott Hoy; and his grandchildren, Ryleigh Van Emmerik, Rhider Hoy, Josie Wilkes, Elind Hoy, Gatlynn Hoy, Bram Van Emmerik, Holland Hoy and Knoxon Hoy.
