He is survived by: his wife Annette Deal; his siblings, Clifford Deal (Marleen), Delores Parsons and Betty Brown; and his children, William Deal Jr. (Diane), Deborah McCloud, Gregory Deal and Deanna Miller (Maxwell). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Interim Healthcare Hospice.
