He is survived by: his son William Keith Simkins (Andrea) of Colorado; his sister Violet Youngblood (Simkins) of Missouri; his grandchildren, William Skyler Simkins, Andrew Cole Simkins and Christina Harmon (Jeremy); and his son Steve Madrid (LaTonya) of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
