He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Curtis Sprague; his children, Sujanna Louise Sprague Silva, Gina Ellen Sprague Dotson and David Samuel Sprague of Grandview, Missouri; his grandchildren, Sage Brown, Isaac Brown, Gavin Brown, Kai Brown and Ava Dotson of San Diego; his sister-in-law Richelle McLeod; and his nieces, Laura Sheaffer, Erica Sprague and Christina Miller.
