With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Ray Matthews of Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on April 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Lauren Ditty (Matthews) and Cameron Matthews; his wife Shaylynn Matthews; his stepchildren, Aaron and Katie; his grandsons, Aiden, Carter, Garrett and Cole; and his siblings, Marilyn, Nancy, Dave and Chuck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, we ask folks to donate to a cause that Tim would love – The Missouri Department of Conservation.
