He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Utley and Tina Utley; his wife Joanne Utley; his great-niece Jenna Lee Tunnell; his sister Phyllis Leerstang; and his great-niece Tamar Tunnell.
He is survived by: his son Bryan Utley of Amarillo Texas; and his sister Gail McGuire of Pattonsburg. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
