He was predeceased by: his parents, Chatten Cowherd and Beatrice Betker Cowherd. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Winburn Cowherd; his sister Susan Bradley; and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Davidson (John) and Steve Winburn (Lyn).
The family will be gathering privately to celebrate Tom's life, any memorial contributions may be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
