He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion "Mike" Stamper and Nora Stamper; his wife Patricia "Pat" Stamper; and his grandson Sean Patrick Stamper. He is survived by: his children, Khristie Roberts (Dan), Deanna Hicks (William), Thomas Stamper, Jr. (Gina) and Angela Ganger (Bryan); his grandchildren, Jacob Chrisman (Raven), Jeremy Stamper (Shalia), Jesse Stamper, Joseph Stamper, Samantha Likens, Alexandra Likens and Gavin Ganger; his great grandchildren, Layla, Liliana, Lennox, Logan, Lucan Chrisman and Luna Stamper; and his siblings, Marion Metcalf (Carl), Janet Stamper, Joyce Stamper and Ross Stamper (Debra).
