He is survived by: his daughter Margaret "Peggy" Derks (Schmidler); his siblings, Leo Derks, Gerald Derks, Alice Brock, James Derks and Louis Derks; his nephew Joe Derks; his wife Sharon Frazier-Derks (Powell); his stepchildren, Kathleen Mahoney, Sharon Walker, Amy DiNunzio, Linda Derks, Kim Frazier O'Brien and Brooke Frazier; and his siblings, Ron Derks, Cathy Corral and Gary Derks. He is also survived by grandchildren; 9 dear great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
