He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kilburn and Helen Kilburn; his brother Lyle Kilburn; and his granddaughter Jillian Kilburn. He is survived by: his wife Casandra Kilburn; his children, Kimberly Kilburn and Richard Lee Kilburn; his granddaughters, Taylor Cline and Olivia Cline; and his sister Janie Williamson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
