He was predeceased by: his father Steven Harold Myers; his brother John Dylan Myers; his grandparents, Harold "Sonny" Calvin, L. Elaine Myers (Dillard), Gene Alvin and Lila Marie Harvey (Elliott); and his uncle Kevin Lynn Harvey.

He is survived by: his mother Karen Harvey Myers (Harvey) of Kansas City; his siblings, Cody Myers (Jessi) of Kansas City, MO, Jessica Myers-Ginn (Jeremy), Stephanie Myers (Nick Waldo) and Carly Myers (Montrell Adams); his aunt Kathy Harvey of St. Joseph; his nephews, Jaden Myers, Hadrian Myers, Lucian Myers and Malachi Adams; his niece Lila Waldo; and his close friend Rocco.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Trevor Project.
