He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Betty; his brothers, Leonard and Edward (Qalbee); and the mother of his children Debbie.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Travis, James, Jeff, Danielle, Bonnie and Amanda; and his sister Linda. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren.
