He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Fulmer and John Fulmer; his daughter Lily; his grandparents, Chester and LaVern Taylor; and his sister Kathy.
He is survived by: his son Brett Gilliland; his wife Ladena Bartlow Fulmer of Kansas City, MO; his sons, Landon and Drew; his stepdaughter Dayna (Amanda); his daughters-in-law, Lidiya and Jeanie; his grandchildren, Noah, Lily, Anna, Victoria, Emma and Nadiya; and his siblings, Connie Fechter (Harold), Karen Aiken (Tim) and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Northland Christian School (10500 Trailblazer Drive, Kansas City, MO 64155). The lying in state was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home of Wamego (4370 Salzer Rd, Wamego, KS 66547). Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Campanella & Stewart Funeral Home (4370 Salzer Rd, Wamego, KS 66547). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
