He is survived by: his husband Chris Carr; his stepchildren, Andrew Carr and Emily Murphy; his grandsons, Knox Carr Murphy and Basil Carr-Hall; his sister Susan Jensen; and his aunts, Charilyn Bone-Baxter and Stacie Bone.
