She was predeceased by: her parents, Shellie McLeod and Esther Mae McLeod; her daughter Arlette; and her siblings, Lunnie Norton and William McLeod.

She is survived by: her husband Derrick Morgan; her children, Cedric Bills (MaryTherese), Derrika Synhavong (Thone) and Catherine Neufeld (Geoff); and her sisters, Evelyne McClendon, Mae Catherine Taylor, Henreditha Summerville, Emma Pruitt (James) and Voncile Robinson (Hazel). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
